Your Role at Ogilvy:
The Pay & Benefits Advisor will support the Pay & Benefits Partner in processing Ogilvy’s 2 payrolls in a timely and accurate manner via ADP’s fully managed payroll and the benefits (cash and cashless) process internally managed.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining 850 employee payroll records across 2 entities within the Ogilvy Group and supporting the Pay & Benefits Team on the migration from ADP freedom to SD Worx Global Payroll in November 2022. The main function of this role will be to update the Ogilvy payroll system via ADP freedom, processing the complete end-to-end payroll and benefits; occasionally calculating wages and applicable deductions in case of payment adjustments.
The Key Responsibilities
 Ensure the efficient and effective administration of the payroll function across the various PAYE entities, to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time.
 Collaborate with the ADP payroll consultant on providing the information needed, accurately and on time based on the Payroll Calendar deadlines.
 Enter all information into the ADP Grids for processing (ADP Freedom) in a timely manner.
 Review the ADP Reports such, Issue employee checks and earnings summaries.
 Advance Excel skills for data extractions, manipulation, and data analysis for management reports and internal audit compliances.
 Experience in Administering the Company benefits (Gym Payments/Pension/CCV/ Bike Scheme/STL etc).
 Monthly/Yearly Payroll reconciliations. This will include ensuring we are audit ready and compliant and therefore liaison with internal auditors, PWC, Deloitte, and other interested parties such as WPP.
 P11D’s, P14, P60, RTI data import check, and calculation review on Payroll.
 Ad Hoc reporting/data gathering requests from management and business partners (internal/external)
