We have an amazing opportunity for 6 Work from Home professionals. As a Guru, you will be a Director of first impression! You will be making outbound calls to prospective students who made online inquiries to learn more about a music, entertainment or arts degree. We validate the student’s interest and degree choice and then transfer the prospective student to the University Admissions team. If you enjoy talking to people and like to help others achieve their professional goals, this is the job for you.

Our Full Time schedules offer Paid Time off and Health Benefits. After one week of paid training followed by another week of dialing with direct and continuous support from the leadership team, the two available full-time schedules are:

• Wednesday-Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM and Sunday: 11:15 AM – 7:45 PM OFF Monday & Tuesday

OR

• Monday-Thursday: 1:15 PM – 9:45 PM Friday: 11:15 AM – 7:45 PM OFF Saturday & Sunday

Training schedule is Monday 10/10 thru Friday 10/14 from 9 am – 6pm with an hour lunch.

Monday 10/17 thru Friday 10/21 will be 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch.

Training is paid.

Requirements!

• Must have a dedicated work space, free from noise and distractions
• Minimum internet requirements of 20mbps download (screenshot of speed test submitted with resume)
• Experience in a call center is great but not mandatory
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Dual Monitor proficiency (ability to work off of two screens, with multiple programs open)
• 35 cpwm (minimum)

Work From Home – How does it work?

TOG will provide (mail) you with the equipment! 2 Monitors, PC, Headset, Keyboard & Mouse

YOU provide the internet. We are looking for 20mbps speeds ore greater– if you have a broadband connection you are good to go.

How do I apply?

Next, take a picture of your proposed workspace area – we want to make sure you have a space that is suitable for working from home.
