Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities :

• Ensure our company attracts and hires the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop and execute overall recruiting strategy to maintain budgeted headcount in each department.
• Assist with new hire onboarding.
• Promote companies reputation of best place to work by delivering a great candidate experience.
• Evaluating the results of interviews and assessments to make hiring recommendations.
• With additional duties based on the needs of the company

Requirements

• Proven track record as a successful Recruiter, Staffing Specialist, or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Self-Drive, Motivation, and ability to think outside the box.
• Superior organizational & time management skills
• Great attitude under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Web-Based Software navigation & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and resume databases.
• Attention to detail (they will have at least read this entire job posting)
• Experience with hiring practices and stages (screening, interviews, assessments, onboarding)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• BSc / BA in Human Resource Management, Business, or relevant field
