The nZone Hiring for Fitness Sales at Chantilly, VA Full Time

The nZone is looking for results-focused, compassionate team members to drive lead-generation and qualification, and sales of fitness memberships and programs to help our members achieve their fitness goals. As a member of the team, you’ll help us grow our member base and inspire engagement in one or more of our Personal Training, Group Fitness, Bootcamp, and CrossFit offerings. This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally while helping us continue serving the community as a Hub for fitness, family, and fun.

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads and follow-up with prospective clients/members via email, phone, social media, and other channels
• Represent The nZone and advise prospective members/clients on Nzone fitness programs based on their fitness goals
• Partner with our management and our Marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns to promote awareness and interest our programs
• Assist with or lead planning of promotional events and community outreach/canvasing
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with members and clients
• Assist the team in defining and delivering on our vision to grow our program to meet the needs of our members

What You Need

• Experience in quota-based fitness/gym/wellness service sales environment
• Face to face and phone-based selling experience
• Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns
• Experience assisting with or leading promotional or community events
• Social media marketing experience
• Personal or group fitness training experience a plus
• Business degree or certification a plus

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

• Up to 25% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chantilly, VA 20151: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)
