Job Description Looking for an amazing job experience? We are seeking an entry level Office Assistant for our clinic in Kansas City, MO. FT Mondays-Fridays, 8a-4p. Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative and front desk duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Check in patients and escort to exam rooms
- Chaperone appointments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, front desk, or other related fields preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment
- Team player

Since then we have evolved into a national group of Nurse Practitioners (NP’s), Medical Doctors, Audiologist, Acupuncturist, Phlebotomist, CAOCH certified techs, Medical Assistants, RN’s and Psychologist with expertise in government outsourced-occupational health, compensation and pension exams including DOT (certified department of transportation exams). We also manage a nation wide provider network to ensure program coverage and convenience to all our clients and examinees.
We operate in clinic settings. NO HOME VISITS.
