The Nurse Practitioner Group, LLC Hiring for Medical Assistant at Media, PA Full Time

Looking for an amazing job experience? We are looking for a Fulltime Medical Assistant (M-F, 7:30a-4:30p) to work in our multidisciplinary clinic in Media, PA!

Must have the ability to perform EKGs, PFTs, phlebotomy, vital signs, and vision assessments.

Healthcare Administration Or Front Desk Management Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative and front desk duties in a timely manner, including but not limited to addressing emails, phone calls, faxes, and ordering office supplies.
• Checking in patients upon arrival.
• Inform practitioners when patients have arrived, and escort patients to exam rooms.
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff as needed, including performing EKGs, PFTs, phlebotomy, vital signs, and vision screenings.
• Additional administrative and/or clinical tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in healthcare administration, office management, front desk, or other related fields preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment
• Strong time management skills
• Dependable and reliable
• Must be a team player and work well with others as part of a multidisciplinary team
