The Nudge Group Hiring for Talent Partner / Recruiter at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time
We are looking for an experienced technology recruiter (3-5 years) interested in joining our Nudge as a Service offering.
You will be dedicated 3 days per week on a single US based client as they expand across Asia.
The role will provide talent acquisition support and work closely with Hiring Managers across Australia and APAC to create robust pipelines of candidates to fulfill ongoing hiring needs.
Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of recruiting services and programs including the identification and recruitment of individuals to fill open positions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles to source, hire, and retain quality talent.
Screen resumes to identify top-tier candidates and oversee initial phone screens.
Partner with outside recruiting firms and staffing agencies to find top talent, as needed.
Utilize sourcing strategies on LinkedIn to engage passive candidates.
Create and manage a pipeline of qualified active and passive talent to utilize for future openings.
Stay active current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent,
Plan, create, and post job orders to Career Page.
Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS.
Candidates should have:
3-5 years of recruiting experience, technology is preferred.
Agency and Full-Cycle recruiting experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS preferred.
Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions & priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively with employees in dealing with confidential issues.
