The Nudge Group Hiring for Head of Sales – ANZ – Proptech at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

Fast-growing profitable PropTech who are rapidly emerging as a key player in the industry are looking to hire a strong sales leader with extensive SaaS background in the player-coach role.

This role offers the opportunity to build, scale and lead a sales team across ANZ in the long term whilst also having the unique opportunity of setting everything up correctly from day 1.

As the first sales resource you will be taking on and managing the NSW region charting the course for a new sales department and as an immediate priority, hiring two senior sales representatives, focusing on the QLD and Victoria territories.

The role will also have a focus on building robust and scalable sales processes and playbooks whilst working hand in hand with the Head of Marketing to develop persuasive collateral, EDMs, and other tools to bolster the sales drive.

Candidates should have:

Strong experience in selling SaaS, ideally proptech/fintech etc. within a startup/scaleup

Experience working in a player/coach role leading from the front whilst building sales processes and structure for your growing team

Experience in outreach prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn, events, travelling to customer sites and working with marketing.

Experience limited resources so you will enjoy being resourceful, whilst at the same time learning from what has worked in the past

Experience in CRM systems to ensure scalable growth and the ability to make data-driven decisions

The long-term opportunity will include growing the ANZ team and progressing into a Head of Revenue role with global expansion on the cards.

$150-160K + super + OTE (240-250K uncapped)
