About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Development, this role will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy and processes, while also being “hands on” in attracting and securing top talent for the firm.
Building successful business relationships is key to success in the role. This role will see you partnering with key internal stakeholders to provide an end to end recruitment model, and create business alliances with key external service suppliers to strategically and operationally identify, attract and engage great people to join the firm.
This is a leadership role that will also see you coach and mentor a small team of 1 -2 TA Advisors in addition to leading the function.
About You
You are an accomplished senior Talent Acquisition professional, strong business partner and change agent with proven experience in best practice talent acquisition strategies and processes.
You have previous experience executing strategic Talent Acquisition plans and frameworks, ideally within a professional services environment and ready to step up into a more strategic leadership role.
