About the Role
The objective of this role is to lead the Talent Acquisition Strategy and build a respected Employee Value Proposition that enables the organisation to be seen as an employer of choice in the early childhood sector.
Reporting to the General Manager – People, Product & Customer and working closely with the Head of People and Culture, this role will be accountable to connect growth plans to the workforce plan and resulting talent acquisition
expectations.
The role will straddle both strategic and operational delivery and be accountable to lead the Talent Acquisition and Casual Resource teams.
