Key to this growth agenda is the role of the Talent Acquisition Manager who is a pivotal member of the People, Culture and Safety team.
About the Role
Reporting into the Director of People, Culture & Safety, the Talent Acquisition Manager is broad and varied role that is both hands on in delivery and execution, as well as instrumental in a number of strategic activities. With the organisation anticipating substantial continued growth, the Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in sourcing and selection, talent attraction, talent pipelining, managing candidate experience and offers, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to coach, consult and influence on the hiring process. Currently a manual and fast paced environment, this role will operate with a high level of organisation and attention to detail, noting that there will be opportunity in the future to source and implement an ATS. This role will have one direct report, a HR Coordinator, who will support with some administrative activities.
About You
With demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition built across a variety of industries, your passion for candidate and hiring manager experience shines through. You enjoy thinking outside of the box and thrive in a fast paced, complex environment, with the ability to navigate the grey. You have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence others with diplomacy, tact and discretion. You are confident in your ability to multitask, and enjoy rolling your sleeves up and delivering outcomes.
