About the role
As a leader in the market, the business strives to attract top talent and a focus on retention, influenced by internal development and support. The role of Early Careers Manager will work closely with the local and regional HR Business Partner team, L&D and Australian partners to deliver on strategy and graduate program operations.
The responsibilities of this role include;
Whilst this role has been newly created to support the requirements of the graduate and clerkship program, the processes have been preestablished from previous stakeholders who have led these cycles. This role will allow an individual creative license on process improvement and opportunity to establish new workflows, to contribute to the success of future programs.
Whilst the role is based in Melbourne there will be an element of working across both Sydney and Melbourne with limited amount of travel require between states.
About You
The firm is seeking a talent professional, passionate about shaping future success! Previous experience supporting graduate clerkships or learning & development programs at early career, will be highly regarded.
An individual who has a passion for the global market will feel accelerated by the organisations global connect. Ability to manage, influence and uphold a consultative approach, will work well when building new relationships and fostering already established partnerships. The candidate should possess efficient written and verbal communication, ability to influence stakeholders and high-level organisational skills. A relevant degree qualification is preferred.
