About the Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced end to end Talent Acquisition to join a close knit team. This role requires someone who has end to end recruitment experience and we are not looking for a transactional recruiter. This role will be suited to someone who thrives on developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and really partnering with them to fully understand their business.
About You
You will be an experienced TA specialist who is able to use all the different tools available to fill hard to fill roles including the use of LinkedIn. You will be someone who enjoys developing talent pools and can come up with creative sourcing strategies on a regular basis. You will have excellent relationship management skills and strong attention to detail.

Ideally you will have a current drivers license as some travel to various locations around the region might be required in the future.

Previous experience recruiting within the resources sector would be an advantage however experience recruiting in other blue and white collar environments such as manufacturing would also be considered.

We are ideally looking for candidates who are interested in the opportunity on a permanent basis however I would be interested in talking if you were only looking for contract.
