About The Role
The key purpose of the Recruitment Partner is to manage the end to end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.
This includes coordinating quality role briefs, writing job ads, designing recruitment campaigns, shortlisting, interview preparation and support, helping hiring leaders interpret psychometric assessments and pre-employment checks and offer acceptance.
The Recruitment Partner is responsible for developing strong relationships with hiring leaders in order to influence their decisions to help AGL achieve key D&I objectives (e.g gender balance).
