About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Recruitment you will be joining an expanding team of recruiters who recruit for sites across NSW. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven internal recruitment experience and is keen to be part of a relatively new recruitment function.

This role is responsible for recruiting white collar/corporate function roles as well as being involved in process improvement type projects.
In this role you will be treated as an adult and measured on the outcomes that you achieve.
About You
This role requires someone who has end to end recruitment experience and we are not looking for a transactional recruiter. This role will be suited to someone who thrives on developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and really partnering with them to fully understand their business.

You will be an experienced recruiter who is able to use all the different tools available to fill hard to fill roles including the use of LinkedIn.
If you live outside of Newcastle relocation costs are potentially on offer.
A competitive salary is on offer depending on your experience. Flexible working is on offer with a mix of WFH and their office in Newcastle.
