What are your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative?

• Assist customers via phone with personal banking issues including payment transfers, direct debits, bill payment, and financial support during difficult periods.
• Take ownership of customer inquiries and prioritise their needs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience for both the client and the customer.
• Make a real difference in people’s lives.
• Resolve complaints and issues related to products, service centres, policies, and business practices.
• Advise customers on the most effective solutions/options.
• Use your judgment to determine when to escalate a problem or query. What skills are required?
• Capability to educate customers on various products and services.
• Genuine passion for assisting others and responding to client activities within given deadlines efficiently, accurately, and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of WIFI and home networks.

Salary: $18.15 – $20.67 per hour
