The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced childcare professional who is a leader, adaptable to change, and can think outside the box. We are looking for a driven assistant director director with the confidence and expertise to lead a growing and ever-evolving childcare team. This position will allow you to make a positive change for students, families, and the surrounding community.
As an assistant director, you will be responsible for school operations, new-hire training and management, as well as enrollment. You will work alongside our Marketing, Hiring, Family Resource, and Billing teams to run your school successfully.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working as an Administrator in ECE, with an up-to-date background check. A candidate with comfortability navigating and mastering new technology is a top priority for this position.
Within the Next Few Months, You Will:
· Learn to do exciting and friendly Figure-8 tours
· Creatively problem solve to increase enrollment and staff retention
· Become a company software wiz
· Develop relationships and rapport with other Early Childcare professionals
· Have consistent communication with future and currently enrolled families
· Establish expertise in Nest Policies and Procedures
