Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are the team responsible for the hiring, on-boarding and wellbeing of all our employees.

Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

• Manage the applicant tracking system including ensuring appropriate sign off prior to posting job adverts
• Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews for entry level positions
• Contact applicants via email and phone and coordinate interviews for managers
• Assist with Recruitment events
• Ensure all paperwork for offers of employment and contracts are coordinated promptly

Requirements and skills:

• Work experience in Recruitment or in Hospitality Operations
• Excellent organisational skills
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage
