Our client, a 130 Biotech organization that has hired 90 people in just the last 6 months and are poised to hire another 100 next year is looking to bring on a full-life cycle recruiter with at least 5+ years of experience and someone who has worked in the pharma/biotech industry. As of right now they have had over $100M in funding and about to receive more and are headed to potentially IPO next Spring.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling 25+ reqs across the organization, mainly focusing on G&A, IT, Science and Engineering, etc roles across the company while reporting into the TA Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.
• Creating strong pipelines through various job boards and networking groups
• Refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization and make hiring recommendations.
• Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
• Assisting with recruiting projects as assigned

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and at least 5 years of related experience
• Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles

Pays- $110-125k + bonus depending on experience
