This group has developed best-in award-winning indoor air purification technology including handheld portable solutions, plasma air-based HVAC integrated devices, precision environmental sensors, and real-time air quality monitoring software all backed by multiple positive peer-reviewed scientific publications.

The organization has a wide-reaching global footprint in multiple industrial markets including education, healthcare, hospitality & dining, manufacturing facilitates, as well as commercial office space.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of North American Commercial Sales and Distribution to help architect and execute commercial growth strategies.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building and scaling their HVAC channel & distribution network to exponential scale growth, expand market share, and establish prosperous relationships with OEM HVAC commercial clients.

**Candidates must have a successful track record of building and scaling commercial HVAC channel & distribution networks for further consideration!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the NA Indoor Air Quality sales teams to exceed quarterly & annual targets
• Manage the regional sales leaders to maximize the growth of the business.
• Coach, develop, and mentor the Channel Sales teams to ensure targets are met and surpassed
• Utilize hands-on team development and monitoring activities to ensure excellence
• Develop a channel partner strategy to ensure the profitable growth of the business
• Design and implement effective strategies for acquiring, and retaining profitable customers
• Introduce these programs among sales, marketing, and operational stakeholders
• Scale the business across regional distribution partners and develop a structure to support and train distributors to guarantee their success
• Collaborate on the development of KPI’s for measurement of channel growth and success
• Develop and execute account plans for key channel partners
• Monitor customer satisfaction outcomes against future needs and current experiences
• Align needed resources and support for specific promotional initiatives
• Support learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with fellow executives, customers, and prospects
• Encourage an energetic, fun sales environment that drives collaboration and competition
• Provide market-based input to new product development programs.

Experience:

• 15+ years in large industrial companies, with extensive experience in HVAC channel sales and Indoor Air Quality
• Experience leading channel organizations within HVAC equipment companies.
• Strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing channel sales organization
• Experience with building and executing channel strategies
• Strategic sales experience and revenue achievement selling HVAC equipment offerings
• Demonstrated a positive impact with a growing HVAC equipment company as a leader
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with technical and sales communities with credibility.
• Strong internal/external presentation skills
• Consistent achievement of key metrics and/or quota – targets
• Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal, and trusted customer and partner relationships
