The MRD Group is looking for Loader Operators to join our team in Milwaukee, WI!

Shifts:
5th Shift:
12:30pm-10:00pm: (4 shifts)
10:00pm-6:30am: (4 shifts)

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 6:30am-4:00pm

Position Summary: Responsible for loading existing Concrete Crushing operation. This position is responsible for following all safety protocols and requirements of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for loading and unloading of orders in a safe, timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment. This position is responsible for following all safety protocols and requirements of the company.
• Maintains loader and other site equipment and machinery.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; prefer 3 year of experience in operating a large wheel loader. Must be able to lift 50 pounds out of a truck; Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day; Good communication skills; Good organization skills; Ability to multi-task and work with team members to complete assigned tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $45.00 per hour
