Job Title: Sales Assistant

Job Overview:

As a Sales Assistant at a car dealership, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in their day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the sales team and management to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that sales goals are met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in providing outstanding customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with test drives.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership’s inventory and available financing options.
• Manage customer information in the dealership’s CRM system, including following up with potential leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
• Assist with sales paperwork, including preparing sales contracts and arranging financing and insurance options for customers.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the sales team and customers.
• Participate in training programs and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and dealership policies.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers and answer questions about the dealership’s inventory and financing options.
• Schedule test drives and follow up with customers after their test drive experience.
• Assist the sales team in closing sales and completing necessary paperwork.
• Manage customer information in the dealership’s CRM system, including following up with potential leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
• Assist with coordinating vehicle deliveries and ensuring that all necessary paperwork and payments are in order.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times, ensuring that customers feel welcomed and valued.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be able to speak Punjabi & Hindi
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient with computers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
