Responsibilities: Customer Service/Order Processing
- Enter Customer Purchase Order into our ERP System via EDI loading or manual entry
- Review Customer Purchase Orders to ensure all required info is present
- Review and Submit special projects to get have actions taken at our whse
- Perform various tasks and check to ensure orders are shipping as needed
Responsibilities: Sales Operations Assistant
- Work closely with the Sales & Planning teams to handle all tasks needed to ensure the success of the program
- Track inventory received by the retailer to ensure all PO’s shipped is received.
- Troubleshoot and find solutions for various issues
- Update weekly reports in support of business objectives
Requirements:
- Team Player motivated to reach a company goals
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Experience with ERP systems
- Working experience in a related field a plus
