What You’ll Do:
Collect requirements and assess technology needs to recommend a future state skills platform.
Create stakeholder interview guides and vendor assessment questionnaires.
Facilitate end users interviews to understand system needs, pain points, and areas of opportunity.
Create materials for the technology visioning session.
Document system requirements.
Conduct vendor interviews to document fit against requirements.
Document vendor tool selection analysis.
Support materials creation to outline implementation roadmap and timing options.
Draft operations, support, and maintenance plan.
Update project plans, track action items, and conduct follow-up activities.
Create project plans and related resource plans and present them to the Company’s leadership.
Manage teams to execute projects leading to timely delivery, quality, and compliance with the project’s scope.
Develop key messages and communicate project updates to the leader.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and performance consultants.
May be asked to assist in the development of learning materials associated with the project including instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures, job aids, and self-study materials.
Must Haves:
8+ years of experience with talent technology implementations or enhancing other enterprise digital talent solutions.
5 years of experience in leading projects experience in a training and learning environment.
Ability to translate functional requirements and identify, with a subject matter expert support, dependencies, and downstream implications of new technologies.
Proven experience in documenting workflow and system integrations in order to make recommendations for a streamlined future-state – keeping user experience and ongoing management at the forefront of design.
Works well in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Previous experience collaborating with a cross-functional team in a Professional Services environment (preferred).
Experience researching, analyzing, designing, developing, or customizing instructional materials.
Experience with courseware development tools.
Experience with project management tools.
Instructional design certifications.
Communication, and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft office experience (Project, Word, and PowerPoint).
Project management, and teamwork skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or Master of Science degree is required.
Hours & Location
M-F, 40 hours/week. This position is 100% remote.
