What You’ll Do:
Perform searches for QUALIFIED PASSIVE candidates according to relevant job criteria, using networking, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
Identifying new leads to engage, navigate internal ATS, working on engagement strategy, responsible for out reaches, planning their day around their next phase piece, know when a certain number of candidates are in a certain stage, engage to recruiter handoff, etc.
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
50 sourcing out reaches to talent a week
Conducting a minimum of 10-12 sourcing pre-screens a week (not recruiting for talent)
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
Must-Haves:
4-7 Years of Experience recruiting/sourcing experience-Full Stack SWE (Mid to Senior)
Need to have passive candidate sourcing strategies.
Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Basic mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent training required.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
