What You’ll Do:
Design and facilitate executive-level offsite.
Diagnose the root cause of organizational challenges using data and partner with stakeholders to create effective interventions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders.
Customize existing program content to meet the unique needs of stakeholders.
Demonstrate a consultative mindset and an ability to diagnose root cause through the use of Org.
Development best practices such as the Consulting Cycle.
Build strong facilitation skills that aren’t script reliant.
Develop subject matter expertise in organizational development or leadership development.
Build an understanding of the strategy of the regions served, and external factors and trends to inform prioritization of work.
Maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships and represent VoE to influence TD strategy and planning.
Keep on top of data in a way that enables data driven decisions.
Understand talent performance practices as a way of driving and enabling top talent growth into succession pipelines.
Must Haves:
Subject matter expertise in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development.
Consultative mindset and ability to diagnose root causes of organizational issues.
Confident facilitation skills, being able to meet the audience where they are and solve at the moment.
Ability to build credibility with, and influence senior stakeholders.
Must be able to drive projects from start to conclusion.
Strong knowledge in leadership and management development practices.
Talent Management preferred.
Experienced in org performance practices such as talent reviews and organizational design.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This position is 100% Remote.
