Responsibilities :
Headhunt potential candidates, mainly in the US, through LinkedIn, social platforms, and professional networks
Manage the recruitment processes end-to-end: from the initial stages of profile definition, through sourcing, scanning CVs, managing the candidate’s pipeline, and conducting a reference check
Plan and set interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, HR assessments, and in-person interviews (once applicable)
Collaborate with hiring managers and support them during the recruiting process
Lead employer branding initiatives
Requirements :
At least two years of work experience as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist for tech roles
US market recruiting experience
High level of familiarity of best practices when using LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks for recruiting
High-level English proficiency in both speaking and writing
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
