The Mom Project Hiring for Talent Acquisition Sourcer ( 100% Remote) Job at Remote Full Time

They, later on, branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.

Our Client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The Sourcer Experienced Hiring role will have a primary focus to connect high potential candidates / future interest candidates and creating a pipeline against the aligned function area of support.

What you’ll do:
Assist with the execution of the sourcing mission, strategy, tools and processes for a given competency/industry line. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Partner with recruiters to develop and to execute sourcing strategies that would align to business needs.

Proactively network for referrals that will identify additional talent for the Sourcing Team.

Assist with the prescreening and delivery of active and interested candidates to the supported Sourcing/Recruiting Team.

Capture and report on key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities in key talent markets and supported business.

Maintain sourcing databases to ensure all data is captured, updated and reported properly.

Assist with the research and maintenance of creative sourcing tools and resources.

Participate in the implementation of experienced hire (EH) sourcing programs with strategic and creative thinking, project management, and analytic skills.

What you’ll need:
Ability to communicate issues from both a technical standpoint as well as executive level, ;listening and facilitation skills, ability to adjust communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation and benefits experience, Developing a network of candidates, Experience with key sources for candidates.

Ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers, confidence, responsiveness, flexibility, initiative, decision making, conflict resolution and tact.

interviewing and assessing appropriate potential hires at all levels of experience, Knowledge of industry and technology trends, Knowledge of our competitors, Knowledge of the market indicators which affect hiring.

Microsoft Office Skills, Organizational skills, Problem Solving Skills, Professional Services experience, Working independently.

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Hours & Location:
Standard M-F, 40 hours/week. This is 100% role remote.
