What you’ll do:
Respond to and complete basic ad-hoc and recurring data and report requests from both internal and external (to the department) customers
Responsible for efficient and sustainable report design
Support larger HR initiatives by consolidating data, updating charts and preparing reports
Develop, maintain and continuously improve reporting processes for the HR Community ensuring sustainability and efficiency
Understand and reconcile gaps, overlaps and apparent contradictions among and within reports and reporting tools
Develop audit procedures for standard reports
Assess the report and data requirements and determine the best technology solution, determine the appropriate output, format and distribution method
Responsible for vendor management in the case of reporting and analytics technologies
Support various reporting needs, including but not limited to ad-hoc and recurring reporting, general consultation, data visualization, metrics, KPI design and foundational data warehouse enhancement work
Consult TA leaders and recruiters on the possibilities within our data landscape and partner with our Development and Engineering Teams to ensure our TA Data Warehouse is consuming the appropriate data
Continuously review the report and data requirements and determine the best technology solution, output format and distribution method
Report to the TA Reporting and Automation Manager and be a part of the HR Services, Operations and Analytics (HRSOA) organization, partnering across our reporting team and supporting priorities
Collaborate with extended stakeholders across the company, including HR Operations, Talent Operations, People Analytics, Legal and Compliance, Global Technology – including HR Tech and Finance, to name a few
Must-Haves:
1-3 years of data reporting required
1+ years of experience with Talent Acquisition or HR Reporting and Analytics
Experience working with data, reporting and analytics tools like Tableau, Workday Report Writer, Prism, Oracle Business Intelligence, Alteryx or similar tools required
Experience or knowledge of Smartsheets and ServiceNow is a plus
Experience with MS Access queries preferred
Experience with relational databases required
Experience with confidential data preferred
Experience managing vendors and technology solutions
Advanced Excel knowledge/experience required
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Talent Relationship Management systems – Taleo, Workday and/or Avature is preferred
Significant knowledge of HR systems and databases
SAP experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with a positive attitude, willing to lean in on critical tasks and get things done
Strong task management capabilities to manage multiple tracks of work and requirements, as well as participating in prioritization and working with a backlog
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% Remote, PST Hours .
