The Mom Project Hiring for Talent Acquisition Recruiter (100% Remote) Job at Remote Full Time

Our Client was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They, later on, branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.

Our Client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs.

What you’ll do:
Work closely with the Recruiting Lead and Talent to fill positions in a timely fashion within the designated areas of responsibility.

Maintain and assist with various administrative responsibilities and other projects as necessary.

Provide recruiting support to leaders and professionals.

What you’ll need:
Minimum 3 years of high volume recruiting experience with a search firm or EH recruiting in professional services necessary. Requires solid sourcing, interviewing/screening and candidate management experience.

Ability to manage multiple high priority searches simultaneously for a demanding client base and set appropriate expectations with clients, while managing those commitments.

Significant experience utilizing creative resources and techniques to source candidates necessary. General knowledge of labor and employment laws, prior project management and superior negotiation skills.

Previous professional services experience is preferred.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with recruiting software preferred, Taleo highly desirable.

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Hours & Location:
Standard M-F, 40 hours/week is 100% remote.
