What you’ll do:
Lead projects within the TA function and partner cross-functionally; specifically focused on refining and fine-tuning our Workday recruiting tool.
Evaluate, update, document, and optimize recruiting processes within.
Develop and deliver training for the TA team and partners.
Support the tracking, measurement, and reporting of TA results.
Must Haves:
3-5 plus years of experience
Project management background with Workday expertise required; talent acquisition project management experience preferred
A need to get things done, a proven sense of urgency, drive, ownership, and accountability, and organization skills
Resourcefulness and a knack for navigating challenges independently
Collaboration and partnership skills, experience breaking down silos and bringing partners together, influencing and persuading others with your strong change leadership skills
Experience with change management
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s (City, ST) office once it is determined safe to do so.
Please Note: In order to create a safe, productive work environment, our client is requiring all contractors who plan to be onsite to be fully vaccinated according to the CDC guidelines. Prior to coming into our offices, contractors will be required to attest that they are fully vaccinated.
