What you’ll do:
Building and maintaining search firm standards and methodologies (including, but not limited to): organize and sustain a database of preferred vendors, preparing MSAs, SOWs, and correlating POs (in partnership with internal functional organizations such as Finance, Legal and Procurement); onboarding new search firms from initial connection to full vendor onboarding including Risk Assessment (while tracking both historical search firm engagements and work in flight).
Maintain and innovate the Executive Search reporting process (including, but not limited to): weekly Executive Report; Board of Directors reporting; annual UMD reporting; annual look-backs and year-in-review reporting.
Maintain a database of Executive Referrals and optimize the engagement best practices.
Drive a world-class and forward-focused process for Executive Candidate Experience (to be executed on by partner Coordination teams).
In partnership with the Senior Director and team Directors (plus Talent Brand Design), build and maintain compliant process materials and templates for the COE core process (including, but not limited to): Talent Sourcing SLAs; Sourcing Intake Forms; Executive Search Summary Reports; Talent Research report structures; etc.
Maintain active database and be the central point of contact for TA ETW hiring process and practice.
With Senior Director, drive budget organization and efficiency across projects within the COE.
Prepare structure and process for team offsite and strategy sessions.
Be the center-point for TA reporting (including pulling reporting from partner HR COE Reporting Teams and pulling-self-service data from the TA dashboards) to bring consistency in hiring progress reports from all business-facing TA groups on a regular cadence.
The ideal candidate must have:
8+ years of professional, hands-on experience driving process and project efficiency.
Highly self-sufficient and able to effectively influence all levels of project participants.
Strong communication and group facilitation skills.
Promotes teamwork to achieve the organization/program mission; win as a team.
Solid understanding of organizational tools and process efficiency.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable in highly dynamic and frequently ambiguous environment.
Experience working in a global HR function preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is 100% Remote.
