Position Overview:
They are looking for a senior talent acquisition professional who is passionate about recruitment strategy and workplace culture initiatives. Role Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Principal, Human Resources in all recruiting and retainment initiatives. In your role you will:
Find, recruit, hire, and retain talented candidates. Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for all eight business units
Priority focus on organizing and leading a campus recruitment effort; establish relationships with Career Services centers and represent on campus
Assist Principal, Human Resources, as lead recruiter, in full-cycle recruitment efforts to include but not limited to writing/updating job descriptions, managing online job postings, sourcing, candidate outreach and follow-up, working with outside agencies, and presenting job offers
Lead employment branding initiatives, working alongside Marketing
Work alongside HR Generalist to support a strong, robust onboarding program
Assist in developing and introducing new programs focusing on the employee experience
Should have an understanding of benefits, policies and procedures, best practices, and compliance
Contribute to internal communications content; and contribute/support/lead on a range of HR projects
Education: Bachelors degree and/or relevant working experience
Experience :
Ideally would have a minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition; having worked for an engineering firm a strong plus
Experience utilizing Paylocity as an applicant tracking system a plus
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Proven ability to apply discretion and maintain high level of confidentiality
Experience working on cross functional teams within different offices
