We are seeking a Senior Talent Source r on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. The main function of a sourcer is to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization. A typical recruiter is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization.

What You’ll Do:
Perform searches for QUALIFIED PASSIVE candidates according to relevant job criteria, using networking, cold calls, media and employee referrals.

Will be sourcing for UXR or Content design

Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.

Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.

Refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization and make hiring recommendations.

Must Haves:
7-10 years of experience (5 years of experience at the minimum and 11 at the maximum)

Experience with leadership candidates – executive presence

Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Strong knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work related activities.

Strong knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

Education:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, but not required.

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s office once deemed safe to do so.
