The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a high-growth startup located in Chicago (with many people working from across the country)! They are looking for a Part-Time Senior Recruiter to join their team for this 100% Remote contract role.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for finding, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates for assigned roles. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, self-motivated problem-solver who enjoys taking on challenging situations in a team environment to deliver the best fit.

Core responsibilities

Work closely with hiring manager(s) to understand the correct profile for the role(s) and craft the right bespoke process that represents the employer brand

Source for new talent needed for project delivery across Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Product

Build the pipeline by developing rapport with prospective candidates by utilizing your brand

Cultivate, educate, excite, and sell candidates on the career opportunities and pathways

Develop and maintain candidate experience and process flow

Maintain thorough, thoughtful relationships with candidates throughout the entire recruitment and employment process

Qualifications/Skills

5+ years sourcing and recruiting Talent (this can be either in a Talent / Recruitment role directly, or as Senior management of a company/org)

Previous experience recruiting across a variety of functions and success delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth, yet collaborative environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with LinkedIn search and other platforms and networks to identify candidates

Ability to utilize the following search methods: social media, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.

Results-oriented and strong project management skills

$75/hr, will consider a rage dependant on experience
