As a key leader of the People team, you will manage and enable a team of talented Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators while directing our processes, programs, policies, and strategies to meet or exceed our hiring goals. You will balance data, insights, and your extensive knowledge of recruiting to inform decisions that make a positive impact.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and steer talent acquisition & DEI hiring strategies and execution.
Partner with colleagues across HR, DEI, Talent Operations, and Employer Branding to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Coach, manage and mentor the members of our Talent Acquisition team.
Manage ongoing project work to evaluate cross-functional dependencies, help make resourcing decisions and trade-offs, and build awareness of work across impacted teams.
Maintaining a regular cadence of reporting on key performance indicators and progress against goals.
Manage relationships with Department Leads and contribute to the full lifecycle recruitment process for senior leadership roles as needed.
Qualifications
10+ years of general recruitment experience coupled with extensive knowledge of technology recruitment (high-growth and consumer tech environments are a plus)
Proven track record of managing a talent acquisition team with exceptional people management skills
Proficiency in collaborating with colleagues, peers, and executives to achieve shared goals. You can take various input and ideas and distill them into a cohesive and measurable strategic message.
