What You’ll Do:
Design, develop and deliver highly engaging, accessible, inclusive, and effective learning programs for a variety of learning needs across the organization.
Design highly engaging learning assets, such as E-Learnings, self-paced assignments, assessments, job aids, teaching aids, multimedia visual aids, reference materials, etc. to support learning at scale. Create channels to implement learning solutions that are easy to access and consume.
Design and deliver training through self-paced learning, E-learning assets, traditional face-to-face Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), blended/flipped classroom methodologies, etc. Use best practices in facilitation to deliver, or prepare others to deliver, learning solutions.
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with business partners, customer-facing staff, and cross-functional groups, providing regular communications and updates.
Communicate and collaborate with global peers as well as individuals from other teams and identify areas to partner on cross-functional initiatives. Maintain a broad perspective to identify and evaluate opportunities that promote the value proposition of our learning solutions and incorporate diverse perspectives into projects.
Consult with stakeholders within LXD to brainstorm and provide insight into the design and development of learning programs across GTM Enablement and review content created by others to provide feedback and recommendations for optimal learning experiences.
The core audiences for these training can be newly hired Sales or Customer Success representatives, individual contributors in a variety of professional roles, and leadership/management throughout the GBO organization, located across global regions.
Identify and clearly define success/outcome/ROI metrics for training and utilize them for continuous improvement. These are to include quantitative metrics such as measured behavior changes as well as qualitative feedback garnered through post-training surveys and/or listening/feedback sessions.
Maintain strong working knowledge of LinkedIn’s culture and values, GTM Enablement’s vision and mission, and the core skills needed for individuals to be successful in their roles. Actively monitor and respond to business events/product changes that affect our work.
Must Haves:
2+ years of experience developing and delivering educational content, content assessments, and instructional materials, or relevant experience
2+ years of experience managing multiple projects
Experience developing instructional courses that are both stand-alone solutions or part of larger, more complex programs and initiatives.
Experience developing onboarding and soft skills programs in sales and customer success organizations.
Passionate about learning and utilizing new technologies to deliver effective training.
Familiarity with sales enablement learning management systems such as MindTickle
Has to experience with design tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, SnagIt, Captivate, WalkMe, etc.
Capable of analyzing and producing accessible and inclusive content with a learner focus.
Advanced knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies with proven ability and skills to style-flex as needed based on a variety of situations, individuals, and audiences.
Effective and professional communication skills.
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
Enjoys working as part of a team in a collaborative environment and equally enjoys working independently.
Easily adaptable and willing to evolve to meet changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
A go-getter with great initiative and the ability to deliver and drive results with great autonomy and independence. Thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces change, and consistently identifies the highest value actions/strategies and executes them efficiently. Able to organize and prioritize across multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
Willingness to ‘roll up their sleeves and create training solutions across a variety of lines of business and programs.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
