We are seeking an Instructional Designer on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role will work internally with teams across the Company’s organization to curate training content, explore new training methods, and build both ILT and eLearning education solutions to serve our community partners.

What You’ll Do:
Work directly with partners and internal stakeholders to understand and characterize learning needs.

Become an audience and product expert.

Build a range of training content to build meaningful learning journeys.

Design, develop, and deliver engaging and informative eLearning and ILT content.

Train facilitators on how to deliver ILT sessions.

Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent, up-to-date, and in line with larger organizational goals and initiatives.

Build relationships with key cross-functional partners to understand how your content is being received, and take action based on feedback.

Set up measurements and be able to articulate the success of a program.

Stay up to date with industry training and education trends.

Will be a vital part of creating content for our training programs and supporting the maintenance of it with regular updates.

Must-Haves:
8 years minimum of experience in a related field.

5+ years of experience in curriculum design or educational content development for ILT and eLearning Knowledge of instructional design best practice models, adult learning theories, and behavioral-based learning objectives.

Experience in delivering training and designing training in a traditional face-to-face classroom.

Experience in leveraging eLearning technologies to create training material.

Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects at one time.

Consulting, relationship management, and project management experience.

Interpersonal communication and problem-solving experience.

Experience with visual design and e-learning tools.

Experience with creating training for a wide range of audiences.

Marketing and advertising industry knowledge: They would use this knowledge to support external partners on how to use our Client’s products for business.

Must have the problem-solving skillset and the ability to partner with stakeholders.

Must have strong organizational skills and analytical skillset.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Journalism, or related field.

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% Remote.
