The Role:

Manage and serve as day-to-day contact with Education and Mobility PR agencies, advising on media outreach alignment, media list creation, pitching updates/reviews, incoming media queries and more.
Drive local PR/influencer outreach and campaigns in North America, including: drafting and reviewing product briefs, developing plans and supporting execution for press and influencer collaborations and events.
Draft internal blog posts, our client news announcements, media alerts and local press releases.
Support social media strategy and content for Mobility and Edu initiatives and launches on the client’s core social media channels, in alignment with the global comms team.
Work with social media agency to coordinate posts, liaising with internal teams to guide asset and messaging development and more.
Leverage reporting tools to help manage reporting on PR, creator and social activities.
Support cross-category requests, including brand portfolio pitches, Holiday Gift Guides, award compilation, thought leadership submissions for Education, etc.
Your Contribution:
You are a driven, proactive individual that has a passion for connecting with media and influencer audiences.
You are a solid writer and storyteller, with a keen ability to mine interesting thought leadership angles that will resonate with key audiences in the consumer and education spaces.
You have an ability to create or identify creative content that will resonate with both B2C and B2E audiences.
You are detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to the fast pace of the business.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, and can also work independently.
Experience:
8+ years in Communications in B2B / B2C tech communications
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
Experience in the education sector a strong plus
