What You’ll Do:
Become a subject matter expert in the Talent Acquisition organization and use this knowledge to streamline processes and workflows.
Lead implementation of programs across TA with a focus on creating efficiencies and improving data quality through the process and system improvements.
Use agile and iterative project management methodologies to deliver solutions.
Use data and analytical tools to produce and present insights to stakeholders with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to develop seamless operational processes. This will include collaborating virtually across regions and locations.
Create and maintain process documentation and partner with the TA Learning team to provide training to your colleagues where required.
Assist in technology implementations through stakeholder agreement, communications, change management, and needs analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of operational requests and be able to prioritize workload.
Must Haves:
5 years of work experience in process improvement and change management.
Proven experience developing innovative projects, programs & strategies within Talent Acquisition.
Process-driven program manager with a strong analytical background.
Excited by change and driving innovation in the areas of recruiting, operations, technology, and analytics.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias for action.
Self-starter who is willing to jump in and solve problems through creative thinking.
Team player focused on client results with a strong sense of customer service.
Experience in TA technology and operations.
Experience with analyzing, validating, and developing business processes and presenting data to drive prioritization and decision making
Thinks globally but acts locally, with an ability to adapt global projects and programs for local relevance.

Bachelor’s Degree
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This position is 100% remote.
