Summary

The MIL Corporation is seeking a Logistics Analyst, Journeyman (Logistics, Analyst) to support PMA-263 Navy and Marine Corps Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 1-2 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company / contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing recommendations on supportability concept development, design considerations for the support concept, and development assistance for ILS programs
• Developing and updating maintenance program plans, providing information required to prepare / analyze / route technical s, and recommending options for improvement of the weapons system logistics and maintenance cycles
• Developing maintenance cost planning, budget projections, and program health assessments
• Developing, preparing, and updating input to maintenance program briefs and technical s to ensure data is accurate and consistent with approved plans, as well as key program events
• Reviewing and analyzing funding execution status for all maintenance programs
• Providing recommendations for logistics and training requirements assessment and validation. Providing plans for maintenance engineering and logistics supportability efforts
• Recommending methodologies to determine suitability and maturity of system and equipment designs. Analyzing their current or potential impact upon logistic supportability
• Collecting, compiling and analyzing project cost, schedule and performance data for logistics support for incorporation into teamwork plans, data calls, and supporting financial documentation
• Providing support, execution and tracking of equipment and systems in support of deliveries
• Monitoring all logistic support of deployed assets
• Analyzing, monitoring, and ing Diminished Manufacturing Sources and Material supply (DMSMS) items

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of relevant logistics experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work independently.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, as needed

Desired Qualifications

• Level II Certification, Life Cycle Logistician
• DAWIA Certified
• Prior NAVAIR experience

Education

BA / BS degree or equivalent experience

Clearance

All applicants for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $80,000 – $110,000 per year.

This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL’s complete compensation package.
