The Meadows at East Mountain Hiring for Resident Aide or LNA (Overnight Position) at Rutland, VT Full Time

The Meadows at East Mountain, Rutland County’s premier assisted living community, is looking for a caring, diligent, and dependable staff member to help take care of our residents who call The Meadows their home. We currently have a full-time position on our 10PM-6AM overnight shift (includes alternating weekends).

Resident Aides/LNAs provide our residents with valuable hands-on assistance with activities of daily living. It is a truly rewarding and satisfying position. Resident Aides do not need to be licensed or have work experience as an aide. We are willing to train the right applicant. We will put you through classroom training followed by on-the-floor training. If you come to us with experience, your starting pay will reflect your knowledge and skills.

Successful Resident Aides/LNAs are kind individuals who have a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard, and are reliable. We have a strict attendance policy.
