ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGER

Summary of Job Duties:

• Lead & Grow Our Administrative Services Practice
• Support All Functional Areas of The McLain Group
• Monthly Financial Reporting for Multiple Companies
• Prepare Reports for Partners/Clients
• Prepare Loan Requests
• Analyze M&A Financials (Buy-Side & Sell-Side)
• Prepare Both Internal & External Pro Formas
• Audit Final Cost Reports for Multiple Real Estate Developments
• Lender Coordination
• Prepare Budgets
• Reconcile Bank Statements
• Prepare Project CapEx and Financial Models
• Prepare Client Invoices
• Create and Submit Bank Draws
• Enter and Code Data in QuickBooks for Multiple Companies
• Reconcile Bank Statements and Financial Reports
• Analyze Client Financials

Requirements:

• Experience in QuickBooks
• Strong Analytical Skills; Comfort w/Raw Data Sets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• Background in Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, Cost Accounting, & Investment Analysis (RE or Portfolio) is Preferred.
• CPA; CFA preferred but not required

Incentive Package:

• Starting Annual Salary Commensurate with Experience
• Eligibility for the Company Profit Sharing Plan Paid Annually
• Paid Time Off – Accrues One Day per Month up to 12 Days per Year

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
