What we are all about ……

The Clinic Growth Map (CGM) is an online business coaching program for
Psychotherapists across North America supporting therapists to grow their solo private practice to a group practice or take their group practice to the next level. Our IG following has grown to 21K followers in just over a year, and we are looking to bring a stellar Social Media Coordinator on to help us double in the next year!

What will the Social Media Coordinator do….

Role: The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for the daily content on our Instagram (nicole.mccancemethod) and Facebook Pages. They will design eye-catching posts, moderate comments and engagement with followers.

The Social Media Coordinator will also write engaging captions for Facebook and Instagram posts.

This role is perfect for a 3rd or 4th year marketing university student.

Responsibilities:

● Learn and understand The McCance Method content on instagram, facebook as well as the Clinic Growth Map coaching program

● Create daily content and schedule posts including instagram posts, stories, and FB group posts

● Design creative marketing graphics and content for the program, lead magnet, webinar etc.

● Write daily captions for social media content

● Moderate instagram page (instagram comments, facebook ad comments, QA checks on pages)

● Help increase our followers and engagement on all social media platforms

Requirements
● 2 years work experience working in canva or other graphic design platforms
● 2 years work experience writing marketing copy
● University degree (marketing degree an asset)
● Thorough understanding of the Clinic Growth Map Program and the information on our social media pages
● Excellent time management skills
● Attention to detail
● Creativity on how to present information in new and exciting ways
● Ability to increase engagement with followers

Details
● 20-25 hours a week based on the hours worked and billed
● Available on evenings and weekends to keep an eye on comments and messages from followers
● Available to attend team meetings during the day

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges $17-$20 depending on experience and skill
