The Marks Group Hiring for Salesforce Software Development Manager Job at Remote Full Time

The Software Product Development Manager manages a small team of Salesforce developers and analysts responsible to deliver new products and/or enhancements to existing products for this financial institution. The ideal candidate has experience in Agile Methodology and has led Salesforce developers in the past. It is not expected that you can code, but can lead developers and analysts.

In addition, you will need strong people skills as you will represent the Salesforce development team in meetings with executives across different business units. Please note:

• WE CANNOT SPONSOR. You must be a current US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• DO NOT APPLY if you require a salary outside our salary range ($110,000-$135,000).
• This is a 100% remote full-time position but requires you to reside in the United States and be a US Citizen or GC holder.

Some DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Manage the design and development process of system/application functionality to meet business needs.
• Lead teams to test and implement new/changed products, services, or enhanced functionality.
• Ensure the development and execution of organizational change management plan to support the effective implementation of the new / enhanced functionality.
• Responsible for ensuring that the business units products are of the utmost quality; monitor the product and ensure that it is compliant; evaluate and monitor quality check trends in the market to ensure that the business product quality is always up to standard; develop and manage the product’s quality review process.
• Agile Methodology
• Manage a small Salesforce Development team including Analysts.
• Prior experience in Banking a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
