Role Description

This is a 2 day/week, Freelance Graphic Design role suited to a Mid weight designer with at least 3-5 years GD experience. Th role will be responsible for designing / producing digital assets mainly for social media (including editing Reels, TikToks), some website and EDMs.

You will need to be based in Sydney, and be comfortable working from our CBD office over the 2 days (ideally Tues & Thurs) and from time to time, 1 of these days, 1 day a week from home too.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in all things social media & social best practices as the role revolves around creating and editing assets for key social channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn). Video editing experience a must.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently whilst also working well under pressure too. You must have a creative eye a must, and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional prior graphic design work on social channel is a must
• Experience working with branding guidelines and producing assets consistent with them
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in agency setting is a plus

A designer who is also naturally on-the-pulse in terms of trends in general and a huge fan and user of TikTok, formats, sounds and aesthetics specific to key social platforms such as TikTok & Meta is a huge plus.

This freelance role will be working closely with a small but young at heart agency team so its crucial we find a designer who is the right cultural fit and passion for design and social media also.
