HIRING Camp Trip Leaders: Hardworking, trustworthy, and caring high school graduates who demonstrate a desire to work with, teach, and have fun with our campers. We want to work alongside people who embrace the values of our community, including those of tolerance, respect, and kindness. Camp leaders specialize in facilitating experiential learning, character development, and relationship building through bunk life and camp activities. 

Job Responsibilities

• Run outdoor programming for campers on day trips outside of camp, such as HIKING, FARMING, and BLUEBERRY PICKING
• Drive a 15 passenger van, full of excited campers
• Be a role model for our campers. Make the unfamiliar exciting instead of scary.
• Eat delicious free ice cream at the end of each trip with your group of satisfied and exhausted campers.
• Live in our rustic bunks with a group of camper

Job Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have or be willing to acquire First Aid Certification
• Must have experience working with children and the outdoors
• Must be able to commit for the entire camp, August 14th – August 28th
• Preference is given to lifeguards

• Accommodations are in camper cabins 
• Nutritious meals are provided, and some special diets can be accommodated 
• Salaries begin at $800 for 2 weeks (August 14 – August 28) and travel stipends are available
