The LUX Group is looking for an enthusiastic eCommerce Executive to join our team at LUX House based in Bridgnorth. The LUX Group of companies’ creatives luxury bespoke and personalised products.

This job contributes to The LUX Group success by being responsible for all aspects of our busy eCommerce operation across multiple platforms. Mainly looking after our Lux Co business. You will be involved in processing orders, proofing designs & communicating with customers.

Daily you will process internet orders from multiple platforms, using Adobe software to produce proofs for print. Then communicating with customers throughout their customer journey with us. Working as part our eCommerce customer team, you have the opportunity to learn all aspects of our eCommerce processes.

This is a varied job in a fast-paced environment, with big opportunity to regularly learn new skills and become an important part of the team.

Helping the team maintain The LUX Group experience for our customers and partners. You will be responsible for modelling and acting in accordance our core values.

Passionate and motivated with a helpful and friendly ‘can do’ attitude, you will possess excellent communication skills and be highly organised. Attention to detail is essential, along with a willingness to go the extra mile for the company.

Summary of Key Responsibilities but are not limited to the following:

· Prep orders for print where applicable.

· Manage order workflow.

· Customer communication.

· Creating custom orders.

· Manage multiple eCommerce platforms.

· Follow daily routines.

· Support new product ideas by bringing them to life from design.
