The London Clinic Hiring for Accounts Administrator Job at London, England Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Liaison Administrator to join our Revenue & Credit team within our Finance Department. This is an exciting opportunity based at our Head Office in Central London (close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations), with remote working available and a competitive salary on offer up to £28,000 per annum.

Job Profile

Reporting to the Cash Collection Team Leader, the Consultant Liaison Administrator will manage a range of duties relating to billing, query management and Credit Control whilst engaging with, supporting and partnering with Consultants.

• Job Type: Full Time, permanent position.
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Location: The London Clinic Head Office – 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ.
• Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Registering all client accounts each month and sending a list of these to the relevant departments.
• Producing and issuing invoices and statements for consultant accounts and updating the spreadsheet for the billing team with charges for each consultants’ room fees.
• Create new client accounts for new consultants including liaising with the general ledger accounting team to create mnemonics and vendor accounts.
• Ensure delivery of targeted DSO and cash collection targets, keeping debts to a minimum, whilst managing a high value, high volume portfolio (2000+ accounts).
• Build and maintain key relationships with all major stakeholders, being the primary contact for all consultant and medical billing company queries, remittance requests, updates on payments, providing yearly breakdowns for tax purposes.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience of credit administration with exposure of managing high volumes.
• Experience of working on account queries.
• Billing, credit control and administration experience.
• Experience working within a Healthcare/medical insurance environment is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong reporting, analysis and Excel skills.
• Self-motivated who is results driven, and works collaboratively with others.
