Social Media & Real Estate Marketing Specialist

Tips: This job is a social media and marketing role within a Detroit-based real estate firm that does frequent event-based and digital marketing for new developments. The company marketing needs are part-time. The work location is in-office, full-time, because we also hope that the right individual can engage with realtors who come to the office to support them in their marketing needs.

Responsibilities

• to the Broker/ Dir. of Marketing and execute the tasks per the shared schedule, which may include:
• obtaining video and social media content from the agents to post on the company’s social pages
• creating and promoting content about the new developments
• manage up to a dozen social media pages under one account
• create graphic designs to support company and agent needs like email blasts, postcards, signs, etc.
• coordinate events with the stakeholders, and promote the events to the public
• make basic updates to Wix sites as needed
• Work with the CRM system to help with email drip marketing campaigns
• Be at the office 10-6 weekdays, to encourage the roster of agents to be more productive, and take advantage of the office support.

Qualifications

Excellent time management skills

Ability to take direction and work on schedule

Excel, Google Drive, Canva, Meta skills

2+ years experience in the real estate industry

Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
